November 17, 2015, Queens, NY  Call it ugly. ‘Cause, that’s what it was in all honesty. Our experts got beat up bad with their Week 10 NFL Picks. In fact, it should be characterized as “Weak 10 Picks.”

The most dangerous of the prognosticators is unquestionably Bad Barry Holmes, PureSportsNY Senior Writer. He was tied with Fox Sports 1’s Mike Hill. Their record was 6-8. Four more of our experts, Boston’s Own John Payant (JP), hip-hop icon Kool Moe Dee, PureSportsNY Editor-In-Chief Jerald Levon Hoover, and Mike Dennis (BronxBorn) were 5-9. Bring up the rear was the Amsterdam News sports reporter Vincent Davis who was 4-10.

I hate to do the math but… Wait for it… The combined record was 36-62.

But, they avowed to come back with a vengeance. Kool Moe declared, “Now it’s personal.” Payant and Moe Dee are used to being on top of the leaderboard. Look for JP to come back strong. Vincent Davis considers Week 10 an aberration. Jerald Hoover is more philosophical, musing it’s hard to predict unpredictability. Mike Hill is happy about being in first but not crazy about his record. Look for him to be much better for Week 11. BronxBorn likes to focus on the week ahead, and Bad Barry Holmes wants to include the point spread.

In all honesty, Week 10 was the Wackiest Week this season by far. There were nine upsets, so our experts were not the only ones who didn’t fare too well. Look for our experts to bounce back and average 9 to 10 wins for Week 11.
