With the 2013 NBA Draft under an hour away, the buzz is filled in New York City. This will be the first time the NBA Draft is held in Brooklyn, at the Barclays Center. The Brooklyn Nets hold the 22nd overall pick and the New York Knicks hold the 24th overall pick.

In a draft the many experts feel is not filled with ‘superstar’ players, it will be really interesting to see how the Nets front office as well as the Knicks front office handle it. There are preliminary talks about a blockbuster trade between the Nets and the Boston Celtics, but who knows if tonight’s draft will answer that question. It is reported that the Nets will receive Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, however will give up at least 2 first round draft picks.
