New York: The World Most Famous Arena was buzzing last night. With Russell Westbrook and the Thunder in town to challenge the Knicks. Westbrook a walking triple double, did not disappoint the capacity crowd. When it was all said and done his stats’ were impressive 27 point, 18  rebounds and 14 assist. The knicks were no match for the Thunder on the boards. OKC out muscled the Knicks 63 to 47 in the rebounding department. Early in the game, the Thunder allowed the Knicks  to roam freely. Kristaps Prozingis was effective from downtown scoring  21 points and grabbing 5 rebounds. By the end of the second quater the Thunder would take the lead 58 to 55 at  halftime. Carmelo was ineffective through the entire game. Althought he lead the team in rebounding with 8. He was unable to shed Andre Roberson, Melo was -9 throughtout the game.

Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek said during his post game press conference we were out muscled. Enes Kanter abused the Knicks on the board and to make matters worst he scored a season high 28 points. The Knicks have won the last six home games prior to losing to the Thunder 112- 103.
