On the eve of the 2013 NFL Draft, The Art of Luxury Series,presented by Tene Nicole and Fuzion Magazine, held an event hosted at Clyde Frazier’s Wine and Dine (485 10th Avenue). This event was the top destination for former and current athletes, media and celebrities alike.
With over 1,000 (hopeful) draftee’s in this year’s class, the anticipation and build up of learning where they would be spending the next portion of their lives was emotional. Attending yesterday’s event was intended to reduce the stress and provide a retreat from all of the emotions and nerves these young men were undoubtedly experiencing leading up to the 2013 NFL Draft.
To kick things off, reigning Super Bowl Champion Bryant McKinnie and actress Paula Garces hosted the Art of Luxury Grooming and Gifting Suite event. Fuzion Magazine’s red carpet cover party was in honor of the Inaugural Men’s Issue featuring actor Laz Alonso.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and all of the athletes and celebrities could not have been more accommodating. Some notable names that attended were, Antrel Rolle of the New York Giants, Chris Canty of the Baltimore Ravens, Bret Locket of the New York Jets, Renee Graziano of VH1’s Mob Wives, Meeka and Speedy Claxton of VH1’s Basketball Wives, Actor Darrin Henson, and musician Miesa. Fuzion Magazines’ Bachelor of the month in June 2012, Kristian Alexio (current Nascar Driver) as well as Bachelor of the Month in August 2012, DJ LYVE (BET’s 106 & Park) also made guest appearances.

Evident from the tweets above, everyone seemed to have a great time. The Art of Luxury presented by Tene Nicole and FUZION Magazine were truly Class-A hosts and not enough could be said about the job they did. Whether you are a hardcore or casual sports fan, you cannot ask for a better time than mixing athletes, celebrities, music and having fun together. This event was held to do just that and hopefully it helped to shed some nerves and anxiety for the draft hopefuls.
